  • Vegetables

    • 1 bok choy (100g)
    • 2 eringi mushrooms (80g)
    • 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
    • A dash of pepper
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut the bok choy into 4cm pieces, separating stems and leaves. Halve the stems vertically and cut into wedges. Slice the eringi mushrooms diagonally into 1cm pieces. Halve the red bell pepper and slice into 1cm strips.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry bok choy stems, eringi mushrooms, and red bell pepper for 2–3 minutes. Add bok choy leaves and stir briefly. Add seasonings and stir-fry for 1 minute.
