INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon
Vegetables
- 1 bunch of chingensai (100g)
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- đź’§ 400 ml water
STEPS
Cut the root of the chingensai, separate the leaves and stems, and slice each into 3 cm pieces. Cut the root into 8 vertical wedges.
Slice the bacon into 1 cm strips.
In a pot, add the seasonings and water, heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the chingensai stems and bacon, bring to a boil again, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes until the stems soften.
Add the chingensai leaves and corn, and cook for 1 minute until the leaves soften.
