INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 150g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 2 myoga, julienned
- đź§… 5cm green onion, julienned
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber and myoga. Remove the core of the green onion and julienne it. Soak the green onion in water.
Boil water in a pot, add the squid, and cook until its color changes. Drain the water.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the squid, cucumber, and myoga with the dressing in the bowl. Plate the mixture and top with drained green onion.
