    • 250g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack (200g) enoki mushrooms
    • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • Seasoning

    • Potato starch as needed
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp chili bean paste
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

STEPS

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Julienne the cucumber.

Lay out one slice of pork belly, season with salt and pepper, place enoki mushrooms on top, and roll tightly. Dust with potato starch. Repeat for 9–10 rolls.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook.

Turn the rolls occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the Chinese-style sauce.

Arrange the cucumber and pork rolls on a plate, then drizzle with the sauce.
