- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce

- Sliced chili as needed
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Mince the scallion and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the chicken with sake, soy sauce, and grated garlic, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the chicken over low heat, flipping occasionally until fully cooked.
Remove the chicken and wipe excess oil from the pan. Add scallion and chili, stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the remaining sauce ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Plate the chicken and pour the black vinegar scallion sauce over it.
