    • 🍗 200g chicken thigh
    • đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Nanban Sauce

    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍯 2 tbsp honey
    • 1/2 tsp sliced chili
    • đź’§ 150ml water

Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and add sake and salt and pepper. Massage to coat.

Slice the onion thinly and julienne the carrot. In another bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, honey, chili, and water with the onion and carrot to create the Nanban sauce.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to the Nanban sauce and mix well. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
