INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken tenderloin (100g)
- 1 pack pea sprouts (250g)
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Place chicken tenderloin on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on to finish cooking with residual heat.
Cut the pea sprouts at the root and halve them. Slice the tomato into wedges, then halve each wedge. Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆) with the chopped onion.
In another bowl, shred the chicken tenderloin, add the pea sprouts, tomato, and the seasoning mixture. Toss everything together.
