- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
Egg Mixture

- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tsp curry powder
STEPS
Cut the chicken tenders diagonally into two pieces (slicing method). Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
In a bowl, mix the egg, grated cheese, and curry powder to prepare the egg mixture.
Dip the chicken tenders into the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken tenders over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip them over, spoon the remaining egg mixture onto the chicken, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and garnish with ketchup.
