    • 🍗 500g chicken thighs
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 🍍 200ml pineapple juice
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic

STEPS

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken thighs skin-side down and cook until both sides are browned.

Wipe off excess fat with a paper towel. Add all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover with a parchment paper lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove the parchment paper lid and continue simmering, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
