Mustard Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Make small cuts in the chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl using a fork, then mix with mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, and parsley to prepare the mustard tartar sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, place the chicken thighs skin-side down, and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
Flip the chicken, cover the pan, and steam-cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Let it cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Plate the chicken, garnish with broccoli and cherry tomatoes, and drizzle the mustard tartar sauce over the chicken.
