- 🍗 50g ground chicken
- đź§… 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 5g vermicelli
Soup Base
- đź’§ 300cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Slice the carrot thinly, cut the green onion diagonally, and julienne the ginger.

Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot until boiling, then add ground chicken and remove any scum.

Add carrot and ginger, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
