    • 1 piece ginger, julienned
    • 5g vermicelli

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Slice the carrot thinly, cut the green onion diagonally, and julienne the ginger.

Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot until boiling, then add ground chicken and remove any scum.

Add carrot and ginger, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add green onion and vermicelli, then cook for another 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
