- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh, onion, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potatoes in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave them in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W until softened.
Mix the sauce ingredients (ketchup, soy sauce, honey, and grated garlic) in a bowl.
Place the chicken and sauce into a plastic bag and massage to coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and potatoes, and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
