INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 80g kimchi
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
Slice the white part of the green onion diagonally and chop the green part finely.
Heat a pan with sake, soy sauce, water, and kimchi. Bring to a boil, then add the chicken and white part of the green onion. Spread evenly, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Uncover the pan, stir, and pour in the beaten egg. Cover again and cook until the egg is semi-cooked.
Serve the dish on a plate and garnish with the green part of the green onion.
