- 🥚 3 eggs
- 100g diced char siu
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Dice the char siu into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix eggs, diced char siu, green onion, and all seasonings to create the egg mixture.
Heat sesame oil in a 20cm frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Flip the omelette and cook until golden brown on the other side.
