    • 20g vermicelli
    • 80g ground chicken
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź’§ 400ml water

Chop the carrot into coarse pieces.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground chicken and stir until the color changes.

Add chopped carrot to the pot and sauté briefly. Add all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam and simmer for 3 minutes.

Cut vermicelli into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors and add to the pot. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
