INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 25g cod roe
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Slice the carrot thinly into 2mm strips. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half after removing the root.
Cut the cod roe lengthwise and scrape out the roe using a spoon.
Mix the cod roe, sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the carrot until tender, then add the enoki mushrooms and cook until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture to the pan and stir until evenly coated.
