INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1/4 cabbage
- 🍚 2 cups rice
- đź’§ 1.5 cups water
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 1 red chili
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp crushed sesame
STEPS
Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain the water after soaking.
While the rice is soaking, chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and prepare the soy sauce seasoning by mixing all the ingredients together.
Place the soaked rice in a pot and layer the chopped cabbage on top. Add 1.5 cups of water.
Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium-low heat and cover. Cook for 12 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5-10 minutes.
Mix the cabbage and rice together, including any crispy bits at the bottom, and serve with the soy sauce seasoning.
