    • 20g dried daikon
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Soak dried daikon in plenty of water, rub gently, and squeeze out excess water. Boil in a pot for 4–5 minutes, drain thoroughly, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (gochujang, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil). Add shredded cabbage, cooked daikon, and shirasu, then mix well.
