INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g cabbage, chopped
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams, cleaned
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon, chopped
Liquid
- đź’§ 500ml water
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
STEPS
Chop the cabbage into 3cm wide pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add bacon, cabbage stems, and clams, and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add water and seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder) to the pot. Bring to a boil, then add cabbage leaves. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
