INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (200g) canned mackerel
Egg
- 🥚 5 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 🥬 200g cabbage, roughly chopped
Condiment
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- ketchup, as needed
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Chop the cabbage roughly.
Drain the canned mackerel and mix it in a bowl with mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper, mashing as you mix.
Add the chopped cabbage and beaten eggs to the bowl and mix well to create the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the omelette and cook for another 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and drizzle ketchup on top.
