INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (250g), diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Dice the cabbage into 3cm squares. Halve the bell peppers, remove stems and seeds, and dice into 2cm squares. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add cabbage and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso) and mix well.
