- 120g grated daikon
Seasoning

STEPS
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Cut the buri fillet into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in order.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the coated buri pieces for 3–4 minutes, turning until golden brown.
Plate the fried buri, garnish with grated daikon, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
