- 16g mentaiko (1/3 stick)

- 1/4 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
STEPS
Remove the mentaiko filling from its skin using a spoon.
In a pot, bring the water, consomme, and salt to a boil. Add the frozen broccoli rice and stir. Once boiling again, cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the unsweetened soy milk and heat until just before boiling. Stir in the mentaiko and pizza cheese, cover, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
