INGREDIENTS

- 1 block tofu
Seasoning Ingredients

- 2 chili peppers

- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Enough water to cover lightly
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
STEPS
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice onion thinly and chop green onion and chili peppers.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat oil generously in a pan and fry tofu on both sides until golden.
Add the seasoning sauce to the pan and simmer until the tofu absorbs the flavors and the sauce thickens.
