INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 150ml water
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the chives and cut them into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly until its color changes.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water), mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes.
Add the chives and simmer until they become tender.
