INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 green chilies, sliced
- đź§„ 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Meat
- 🍖 250g pork shoulder
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp chili paste
STEPS
Slice the onion, green onion, and green chilies. Cut the potatoes into chunks.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the onion. Add 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1.5 tbsp sugar, stirring over high heat.
Add the pork and cook thoroughly over high heat to remove any odor.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, chili powder, and chili paste in advance. Add the mixture to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add 200ml water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
Add green chilies, green onion, and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Cook over low heat until fully tender.
