    • 1 tbsp sake

Cut the daikon into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken wings over medium heat until browned.

Add the daikon and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add the seasonings (water, sake, sugar, soy sauce) and bring to a boil.

Cover with a lid and simmer over low-medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until the liquid reduces, stirring occasionally.

Serve on a plate and garnish with minced green onion.
