INGREDIENTS

  • Meat

    • 100g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • 3 stalks chives, minced
  • Seaweed

    • 1 sheet roasted seaweed
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 1/2 tsp grated garlic

Mince the chives into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced chives, and all seasoning ingredients until sticky and well combined.

Cut the roasted seaweed into 6 equal pieces.

Place 1/6 of the pork mixture onto each seaweed piece and fold in half. Repeat for all 6 pieces.

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, arrange the dumplings, brush with sesame oil, and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
