INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Thinly slice the bell peppers and carrot evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat the vegetables.
Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes and sesame seeds.
