INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (220g), sliced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g), sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Cut the zucchini into half-moon slices and slice the king oyster mushroom into 5mm rounds.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and ground sesame) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the beef until it changes color, then add zucchini and cook until browned. Add mushrooms and stir briefly.
Add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
