- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 120g maitake mushrooms

- 🌰 60g peeled sweet chestnuts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Water as needed
STEPS
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and cut sweet chestnuts into smaller pieces.
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Mix beef with sake and soy sauce in a bowl.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark.
Add maitake mushrooms, sweet chestnuts, and marinated beef to the rice cooker. Mix gently and cook as usual.
