INGREDIENTS

  • Meat

    • 🥩 150g sliced beef
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack (200g) shirataki noodles
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
    • 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 5cm pieces
  • Seasoning

    • 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the carrot, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the chives into 5cm pieces. Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-sized lengths.

Boil water in a pot and cook the shirataki noodles for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the shirataki noodles for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture. Add sesame oil and beef, cooking until the beef changes color.

Add the carrot and shiitake mushrooms, stir-frying for 2 minutes until the carrot softens.

Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until well combined. Add the chives and stir briefly.

Plate the dish and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
