- 1 piece of ginger, julienned
Seasonings

- 4 tbsp sake

- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion into 5mm pieces and julienne the ginger after peeling.
Heat a pot with the seasonings (water, sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and ginger until boiling, then reduce to low heat.
Add the beef and onion to the pot, breaking apart the beef with chopsticks, and cook over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed.
