INGREDIENTS

- 🥩 200g sliced beef

- 🌱 6 snap peas, trimmed
- 🍑 1 pickled plum, pitted and mashed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Beef Marinade
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
STEPS
Slice the onion into 1.5cm wedges.
Trim the snap peas by removing the strings.
In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, pepper, sake, and potato starch. Massage well.
Pit the pickled plum, mash it with a knife, and mix it in a bowl with mirin and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add the beef, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the onion and snap peas to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add sake and the plum sauce mixture, stir-fry until well combined, and serve.
