INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head (150g) cabbage, sliced
- 1/3 pack radish sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage it into the meat.
Slice the cabbage into 1cm strips. Trim the radish sprouts and cut them into thirds.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, gochujang, and mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the beef and cabbage mixture, and garnish with radish sprouts in the center.
