    • 1/2 bag bean sprouts

    • 2 slices ginger
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź’§ 300cc water

Slice the carrot into thin pieces and cut the green onion diagonally into thin slices.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.

Add the soup base ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock, and water) to the pan and bring to a boil. Add ginger slices, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.

Add the carrot, bean sprouts, and green onion to the pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
