Cut the pea shoots in half lengthwise and roughly chop the kimchi.

Place bean sprouts and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, mix tuna, kimchi, mayonnaise, and sesame oil. Add the pea shoots and bean sprouts, then toss to combine.
