INGREDIENTS
Main
- 10g vermicelli
- 🍗 50g chicken breast, tendon removed
- 1/2 pack bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 400ml water
STEPS
Cut the roots off the bean sprouts and divide them into thirds.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken slices, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, chicken stock, and water) and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli and cook according to package instructions.
Add the bean sprouts and simmer briefly. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
