INGREDIENTS

  • Meat

    • 300g ground pork
  • Aromatics

    • 1 piece minced ginger
    • đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp miso
    • 3 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • Pinch of pepper

Mince the ginger and garlic. Remove the core of the garlic before mincing.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (miso, sake, sugar, soy sauce, pepper) in a small bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry until crumbly.

Add the mixed seasoning to the pan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces to about one-third.
