INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 5 slices pork belly, thinly sliced
Wrapper
- 20 gyoza wrappers
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Condiments
- 🧂 soy sauce, as needed
- vinegar, as needed
- chili oil, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp potato starch
STEPS
Cut the pork belly slices in half.
Mix all ☆ seasonings (garlic, ginger, soy sauce, potato starch) in a bowl.
Overlap the edges of two gyoza wrappers by 1 cm, apply water, and seal.
Place pork on the wrappers, spread the ☆ mixture, and sprinkle minced green onion.
Apply water to the edges of the wrappers, fold, and roll tightly. Seal the ends with water. Repeat to make 10 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls and cook until browned. Add water (as needed), cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, evaporate excess water, and serve with soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil.
