Asparagus and Ground Pork Soup

    • 80g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • 3 spears asparagus (60g)
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź’§ 400ml water

STEPS

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.

Add the asparagus and simmer for 1 minute until tender.
