- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce

- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Peel the tough parts of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 1.5cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, add the asparagus, and cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Cut the crab sticks diagonally into 2cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the condiments (mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil). Add the asparagus and crab sticks, then toss to combine.
