    • 🧈 20g salted butter

Place clams in a bowl with water and rub them together to clean thoroughly.

Trim the ends of nanohana and cut them in half. Slice garlic thinly after removing its core.

Layer nanohana, clams, and garlic in a frying pan. Pour sake over and heat on medium-low with a lid until clams open, then steam for 2 minutes.

Add ponzu soy sauce and butter, stirring gently until butter melts completely.
